You understand and agree that: (a) AI may occasionally generate inaccurate, incorrect, or inappropriate content; (b) you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing it on your networks; (c) we do not guarantee specific engagement or performance results from the use of the generated texts.
CarouselAi offers both free and paid access plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.). You can cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop future charges, but there will be no refunds for billing periods already initiated or partially used.
You agree not to use CarouselAi to: (a) generate content that violates federal, state, or international laws; (b) create texts that promote hate speech, harassment, violence, or discrimination; (c) generate spam or misleading promotional material; (d) attempt to reverse engineer the system or overload our servers with automated requests.
The platform, its design, code, and interface are the exclusive property of CarouselAi. However, we do not claim ownership over the original texts (inputs) you enter into the platform. The final generated content (outputs) from your inputs belongs to you, and we grant you the right for commercial use to publish them on your social networks.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS'. CAROUSELAI DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or reputational damage arising from the use of our platform or the publication of content generated on it.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Maringá, State of Paraná, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms of Service, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
CarouselAi is committed to protecting your privacy and your data. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account (name, email), payment data (processed securely by our payment gateway partners), and the texts (inputs) you enter into the platform to generate carousels. We also automatically collect usage data, such as IP address, browser type, and interactions with the interface.
To provide CarouselAi's core service, the input texts and commands you provide are sent and processed encrypted via OpenAI's API. Our LLM providers' policies ensure that data sent via API is not used to train their public models. We also do not use your private texts to train or fine-tune our models without your explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers essential to the operation of the platform, such as payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI model providers (as described above), all subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
